CAP Engagement

The CAP program established a number of mechanisms for linking to industry locally, across Palestine and internationally. A wide range of opportunities exist for collaborative ventures in both teaching, software development and research.

In addition to being central to a number of strategic partnerships between the University and major companies including Al-Isra', Spark, Ultimate, and Infiniteers, the program hosts a number of events aimed at engaging the industrial community with the developments and innovations within the program. These currently include:

  • Industry Project Pipeline, a chance for companies to access expertise in the School to help solve industrial problems
  • Industrial Advisory Board, an advisory group of experts responsible for upgrading the curriculum development and strategies to promote industrial engagement
  • Industrial Forum to showcase teaching and research activities
  • Mentoring and teaching in a university industry courses
  • An intensive internship program which yields 2100 hours of market experience.
  • In addition to the wide range of lectures, workshops and seminars.
