Dr. Abdel-Razzak Natsheh
Abdel-Razzak Natsheh is an IT assistant professor, he graduated from An-Najah national university (ANU) in 2005 in computer engineering. he completed his Ph.D in computer engineering from Manchester Metropolitan university, UK, in 2011, to come at An-Najah University after nearly 4 years of service to Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). At MMU he taught different type of courses (undergraduate, postgraduate) related to IT subjects and worked on different type of research topics such as AI, Image Processing, Medical Imaging, etc... Currently he is working as an assistant professor in the computer information system department (CIS), IT, at ANU.
Dr Hamed Abdelhaq
He is an assistant professor of computer science at An-Najah National University, Palestine. He received his PhD from Heidelberg University, Heidelberg, Germany. He received his Bachelor degree from the University of Jordan in 2005 and his MSc degree in computer science from the same university in 2007. Then, he worked about 3 years as a lecturer in the Computer Science department at An-Najah National University, Palestine. In 2011, he was awarded a DAAD scholarship to complete his PhD in research areas including spatio-temporal data analysis, social media analysis, and data mining.
The main focus of his PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Gertz is mining spatio-temporal patterns from social media towards the online identification of real-world events.
Dr.Ayser Armiti
Dr Ayser Armiti is an assistant professor at the CAP department, An-Najah National University. In 2018, he worked as an assistant professor at the Arab American University. Between 2015-2018, Ayser led the data science team at moovel Group, a Daimler subsidiary in the mobility sector. Before that, he pursued his PhD in the field of data mining and machine learning from Heidelberg University. Ayser's research interest is Spatio-temporal data mining with a focus on the mobility sector.
Dr.Mohammad Sharaf
Mohammad sharaf is an assistant Professor in the Department of “ Computer Science Apprenticeship Program” at An-Najah National University, where he has been since 2008. He received a B.S. from Computer Engineering An-Najah National University, and an M.Sc. from the Computer Engineering at Jordan University for Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of L’Aquila, Italy.
His research interests span internet of things and software engineering. Much of his work has been on improving the understanding, design, and performance of internet of things. Mainly through the application of smart systems, smart agriculture, smart cities and smart building.
Dr. Mohammad Sharaf is the author of twenty seven papers on IoT. He is a software architect and engineer for many projects. He is leading research on software architecture descriptions, architectures for CPS, Model Driven Engineering, and architectural design.
He is also researcher at the Uffizi Galleries – UnivAQ project, the CINI Smart Cities and Communities distributed laboratory, the IoT Living Lab in Italy.
